2026 APO Hell or High Water

Entry Fee: Full Power $120. Bench Only/Deadlift Only $100.
Extra Division $40 (if more than one age category is chosen).
Payment must accompany each entry. NO REFUNDS AND NO TRANSFERS.

Weigh Ins: Friday September 18, 2026 - 9:00am - 11:00am or 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Weigh in is required.

NO SAME DAY WEIGH INS.

Meet day Schedule:

· Rules Meeting: Saturday September 19, 8:30am

· Lifting Starts: Saturday September 19, 9:00 am

Eligibility: Must have an active APO membership. Active card or receipt of active membership must be shown at weigh-ins.

Rules:

• Openers must be given at time of weigh-in
• Proof of current APO membership must be shown at weigh-in
• Singlet/One piece lifting suits are required
• The American Powerlifting Organization rules and regulations will be followed. The full APO rules can be found below.

Age Categories: Open (any age), Teen (13-19), Junior's (20-23), Master's 40-49 and Masters 50+

Awards: Best Lifter to top male and female by Glossbrenner formula. Awards to top category winners.

Spectators: Spectators are welcome! You can invite family and friends to join you at the event. The spectator fee is $10 at the door, cash. Space is limited.
