2025 APO Lightning Fitness Super Slam

Greetings APO Members, I am pleased to announce that on March 29th, 2025 I will be directing Connecticut's very first APO meet, the 1st Annual Lightning Fitness 'Super Slam', hosted at the world famous Lightning Fitness gym.

With over 24,000 sq ft of training area, top of the line equipment as far as the eye can see, and world-class athletes in powerlifting, strongman, olympic lifting, and bodybuilding that call this gym home, it will definitely be a great experience to compete here.

We are capping the meet at 30 lifters to ensure the best experience for everyone competing, with more than enough warm-up and platform area to go around for everyone.
