Entry Fee: entry fee $120, push/pull $90, cross-over additional $25, pre-order meet shirt $20,bench/deadlift only $80

Entry deadline: December 21st 2024

Maximum lifter capacity: 60 lifters

Events: Full Power, Push/Pull, Bench Only, Deadlift Only

Divisions: Raw, classic Raw, Single Ply, Multi-Ply, Special Olympian, Adaptive

Awards: Open: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class and age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class and age group.
Best Lifter Awards will be given in categories based on the content of the entries.

Lifting starts at 9:00a.m. on 1/11/2025

NO DAY OF WEIGH-INS

Must have proof of APO membership at weigh-ins

weigh-ins 9:00 a.m. - 12:00p.m.

& 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on 1/10/2025
