2025 APO Bench Wars

APO Bench Wars is the ultimate bench-only competition for serious athletes ready to test themselves at the world-famous Mr. Olympia Fitness & Performance Weekend in Las Vegas. On Friday, October 10, lifters across raw, single-ply, and multiply divisions will step onto the platform at the Las Vegas Convention Center to showcase months of intense training, preparation, and discipline. Athletes from teen through masters divisions, across all weight classes, will compete head-to-head in a professionally run meet, pushing themselves—and each other—to new personal bests and potential record-breaking performances. Every competitor receives an official meet shirt and two weekend expo passes included with registration. The following day, Saturday, October 11, features the pro-level WPO Bench Wars event for qualified elite bench pressers. Spots are limited.
