2025 APO American Iron Open Independence Day Bash

The Dogghouse Gym presents on Saturday, July 12th, 2025 The American Iron Open Independence Day Bash Powerlifting Meet. Full Power $130.00 Push/Pull $100.00 or Bench Only $50. Crossover $35. The Dogghouse Gym has 6000square feet, with 4 monolifts , 5 benches and 3 deadlift platforms. We will have medals for 1st , 2nd and 3rd places. Also Awards for BEST LIFTER MEN AND WOMEN (GEARED AND RAW). Also awards for Best Squat, Best Bench and Best Deadlift. Sponsors will be APO, Supzilla , Ultra Human , 740 Barbell and Dogghouse Merch. Shirts , hoodies , Tank tops and other merchandise are sold in the Dogghouse Merch store. And Mike Mechlin will be running the music and video. We will have 3 big screen TVS with the flight list in the gym , and 2 other TVS that will be showing live footage of the meet. Will also have outside the Dogghouse Pavillion where Lloyd's Home Cooking food truck will have the classic Independence Day food ( Hamburgers, Hotdogs , Fries , Drinks).Tables and tents supplied for all the competitors and spectators to sit outside and enjoy the food. And the biggest plus of the meet , seeing that it is in the summer The Dogghouse Gym has " AIR CONDITIONING, So while it is warm outside, it is cool and comfortable inside. And as always the best judges ( Dave Hoff, Tyler Roy, Jonah Hensley, Erika Crist) and the best loaders and spotters. The Dogghouse gym is known for putting on the best meets in Ohio and in the USA.
