2024 APO Spud Inc. Holiday Bash

This meet has been hosted by Marc "Spud" Bartley for the past 6 years at Spud Inc. Gym. This meet helps bring some joy to some of the less fortunate kids in the Columbia, SC area. All proceeds and toys go to The Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Eligibility:
Open to APO members. All APO athletes are required to have a valid APO registration card to compete in the sanctioned contest, and must show it at weigh-in. If you fail to bring it, you will be required to purchase one online for $50. https://apopowerlifting.com

Medals for top 3 per weight class in each division
