Another fantastic meet by the Twin Cities Barbell crew on 11/23. Same excellent location Inver Grove Heights National Guard Armory, same prize money (1500/100/500 each men and women). A bit less competitors due to other meets in the same time frame, but still almost 50% multiply, and 6 new meet competitors. Also a new group from Iowa, who came and “stole” some prize money. No mis-loads, no bar hit the straps. Our famous quality spotters/loaders again preformed flawlessly. Meet over and loaded and back to the gym by 4pm. Smooooth.
